True/False/Not Given questions ask you to decide if specific information is:

Look at the instructions for True/False/Not Given questions and pay close attention to the key words in these instructions.

Candidates usually find NOT GIVEN questions the hardest because the information in these questions is often very similar or related to details in the passage. However, similar to and related to do not mean the same and different (opposite). In other words, you should decide that a True/False/Not Given question is not given if:
the question presents information that is not mentioned in the passage
the question presents information that is mentioned in the passage but is not clearly the same as or not clearly opposite to the information in the passage.
