Form Completion

Form Completion questions are quite common in Section 1 of the Listening test, since the conversations often involve a caller asking for information or giving personal information.

This means that the types of details you are asked to listen for when completing a form are:

  • names (people and places)
  • countries and nationalities
  • dates
  • times
  • prices
  • numbers (e.g., passport, driving license, credit card, student numbers).

  • countries
  • cities or towns
  • streets or roads.

Let’s now practise listening to common English names for people and places.
